I’m Alaine Hombach, and my work is rooted in the belief that within each of us is an innate wisdom, a part of us that remembers who we are beneath the stress, expectations, old patterns, and experiences we carry.

Through Integrated Therapeutic Alignment (ITA), Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), and immersive sound bath experiences, I create deeply intentional experiences that invite you to move beyond the thinking mind and into a deeper connection with your body, your energy, and your inner knowing.

ITA offers a gentle yet powerful way to explore the emotional and energetic patterns that may be keeping you from feeling fully aligned. Together, we create space for awareness, release, integration, and a renewed sense of balance.

Through QHHT, you are guided into a deeply relaxed state where you can explore past-life experiences, connect with deeper levels of consciousness, and receive insight into the questions, relationships, patterns, and experiences unfolding in your life today.

My immersive sound baths create an experience you don’t simply listen to, you feel. Crystal singing bowls and layers of therapeutic sound surround the body, inviting the nervous system to soften, the mind to become quiet, and the outside world to gently fall away. In that stillness, there is space to rest, release, reconnect, and simply receive.

Each experience is different because each person arrives with a different story.
